Delicious Vegan LUNCH!
Sweet potato, cashews, carrots, green onion and boca burger!
First day of being raw vegan. For breakfast i made a huge green smoothie with 3 bananas, 3 cups spinach. 1 cup cucumber slices, 2 celery stalks and a green apple
My lunch was zucchini pasta made with a big zucchini, tomatoes, chopped onions, chives, an orange bell pepper and on the side was the seeds of a whole pomegrante and an orange
I feel happy and content! I needed this.
My green smoothie i made this morning for breakfast!
1 large green fuji apple
Big handful of organic kale
Big handful of southern greens
1 plump short cucumber lol
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp CHIA seeds
The end result was delicious.
I know I post a LOT of food, but it’s a good way for me to track my meals. :) I slept in today and missed breakfast, so by the time lunch came around I was STARVING.
Today’s lunch consisted of:
-a glass of orange juice,
-a salad with 1 cup of kale, half an avocado, a handful of almonds, cashews and dried cranberries, also cucumber and baby tomatoes.
-two mini slices of whole wheat bread.
-multigrain pasta with mixed vegetables (onion, carrots, green peppers, red peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, and tomatoes).
